Koliandra “Koli” Grayson is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She began working in the field in 2018 and has developed extensive experience in behavior assessment, skill acquisition, caregiver training, and individualized treatment planning.

Koli earned her Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies with a concentration in Family Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her educational background reflects a deep commitment to supporting both individuals and the family systems around them.

Koli is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting progress. She emphasizes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to create supportive, effective, and inclusive environments. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by empathy, respect, and a strong belief in every individual’s potential.
