Terms & Conditions for SMS/Text Messaging

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Mosaic Pediatric Therapy Job Application SMS Program. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Name

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy — Job Application SMS Program

2. Program Description

Mosaic Group LLC, doing business as Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, sends informational text messages to job candidates who have applied to an open position and opted in to receive SMS updates about their job application and interview process. This is a recruitment/job application use case. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

Messages sent through this program may include:

  • Application status updates
  • Interview invitations and scheduling information
  • Appointment reminders
  • Request for additional application materials

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS/text messages from this program.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your application status and the stage of the hiring process. You may receive multiple messages during the course of your application and interview process. We will only send messages directly related to your active job application.

5. How to Opt-In

You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the following consent box on our job application form:

  • Opt-In Consent Language (for application form):
  • “I consent to receive SMS/text messages from Mosaic Pediatric Therapy regarding my job application, including application status updates, interview invitations, and scheduling reminders. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.”

Opting in to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for or being considered for any position.

6. How to Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out:

  • You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed
  • No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in

7. Privacy and Data Use

  • Important: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records are excluded from all third-party data-sharing arrangements.

8. Message Flow

The following describes how candidates enter and interact with this SMS program:

  • A candidate applies for an open position on our careers page or job board listing.
  • During the application process, the candidate is presented with the SMS opt-in consent checkbox described in Section 5.
  • If the candidate checks the box, they are enrolled in the Job Application SMS Program.
  • Messages are sent only in connection with the candidate’s active application.
  • The candidate may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • The program ends when the candidate’s application process is concluded (hired, withdrawn, or closed) or when the candidate opts out.

10. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
