We offer a structured career progression that allows our BCBAs to advance their careers while making an increasing impact. The path includes:
Mosaic’s commitment to excellence is reflected in our recent achievements, including being ranked #4 nationally in healthcare on Glassdoor’s prestigious 2024 Top 50 Employer Awards and earning a spot in the top 3% of ABA companies for client family satisfaction according to BHCOE benchmarking. These accolades validate the hard work and dedication of our team, reinforcing our mission to create an environment where both our employees and the families we serve can thrive. We’re proud of these accomplishments and look forward to continuing to foster a culture of excellence at Mosaic.

Our commitment to clinical excellence starts at the top—every operations leader including our COO holds BCBA credentials, ensuring decisions are made with a deep understanding of clinical needs. You’ll work alongside experienced BCBAs and industry experts who are dedicated to advancing the field of ABA therapy while maintaining the highest standards of care.
I started out at Mosaic as an entry level technician. My supervisor at the time talked with me about taking the next step and becoming a BCBA, after many of weeks of thought I decided to give it a try. I have worked my way from entry level BT to a BCBA. The student program is very thorough and prepares you for the real life as a BCBA. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most supportive supervisors while at Mosaic.
What I love most about Mosaic is the feeling of constantly being supported and valued.
Working at Mosaic is a rewarding experience. A typical day can be long, but the work is meaningful, and there are always opportunities to make an impact. This company truly values professional development, and I have learned so much about becoming a better BCBA. It’s a place where you can grow your clinical skills while being supported by a strong team.
We’re looking for BCBAs who share our passion for enriching children’s lives and inspiring clinical excellence. Beyond your BCBA certification, you’ll bring a commitment to collaborative teamwork and a drive for continuous learning. Your dedication to clinical quality and client success will find a home among like-minded professionals at Mosaic.
