As CFO, Mike is responsible for leading financial management and growth initiatives at Mosaic. He brings over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, investing, and banking across the healthcare continuum.

Mike is inspired by healthcare and human services and making a difference in the lives of families. While not a clinician himself, he comes from a healthcare family and began volunteering at his local hospital (Presbyterian Medical Center) while growing up in Charlotte.

Mike has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Healthcare Management and a BS from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When not working, Mike can be found chasing after his young son and dog, Poppy.
