At our Tyvola Road clinic in Charlotte, NC, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!

Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Kaitlyn Griffiths, M.S., BCBA is the Clinical Director at our Tyvola Clinic. Kaitlyn entered the field of ABA in 2013 working as a Behavior Therapist, Lead Behavior Technician and Program Manager prior to being promoted to her current role as Clinical Director. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shippensburg University and master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Simmons College. Kaitlyn is passionate about improving the lives of her clients and families, and has experience working with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities and their families across a variety of environments including school, clinic and in-home. Kaitlyn loves collaborating with her colleagues to develop and share new interventions and teaching techniques while mentoring the next generation of outstanding Mosaic clinicians!
