At our Northeast Raleigh clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!
Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Clinical Director, Northeast Raleigh Clinic
Katharine Smith, M.ED., BCBA is the Clinical Director of the Northeast Raleigh clinic. She received her undergraduate degree at Meredith College and a Master of Education in Foundations in Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Katharine has been in the field of ABA since 2013. While her initial training was highly focused in Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention, Katharine has continued to develop her clinical skill set to include working with a variety of ages within childhood and early adulthood. Throughout her years in the field of ABA, Katharine has developed a passion for training others and recognizes the correlation between high quality training of staff and high quality services. Katharine prioritizes developing a work environment that is indicative of an inclusive and positive culture. She is excited about the benefits ABA has to offer the families we serve and she is driven to guide other professionals on their professional path within the field of ABA.
