At our Fletcher clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!
Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Clinical Director, Asheville Clinic
Melissa Snyder, M.S., BCBA is the Clinical Director serving Asheville and its surrounding areas. Melissa received her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University, and her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ohio University. Melissa has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013. She has experience providing services in home, school, community, and day program settings. She has worked with a variety of individuals ranging in age and diagnoses including autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental health disorders. Melissa strives to create individualized programming that fosters meaningful change. She believes in the importance of a collaborative environment that embraces differences, while promoting teamwork, communication, and consistency. Through her experiences and learning opportunities, Melissa has observed the positive, life changing impacts of ABA interventions and services. She is passionate, dedicated, and committed to the clients and families we serve.
