At our Northwest Raleigh clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!

Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Melanie Grover, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Northwest Raleigh Associate Clinical Director

Melanie Grover, BCBA, LBA is the Associate Clinical Director of the Northwest Raleigh clinic. She received her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University with a concentration in Autism Studies. Melanie began practicing as an RBT and working with children with autism and their families in 2017. She has served clients in a variety of settings across the Carolinas, including in schools, homes, clinics, and even the airport! She has served as an RBT, Lead RBT, BCBA, and now Associate Clinical Director and ADOS assessor within Mosaic. Melanie is especially excited about welcoming and supporting families who are new to ABA, as well as coaching and training team members on client assent and ethics-centered practices. In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with friends, crossfit workouts, studying nutrition, and playing with her Great Pyrenees, Maisey.
