At our Monroe clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!
Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Clinical Director, Monroe Clinic
Callie Bernard, M.Ed., BCBA is the Clinical Director at the Monroe Clinic. She received her undergraduate degree in Adapted Special Education, and her Master of Education degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Callie worked in the public school system prior to becoming a BCBA and practicing behavior analysis. Since this time, she has had the opportunity to student individuals receiving services in home-based, clinic, and community settings. Callie has a wide range of experience with learners of all ages to include targeting functional communication training, daily living skills, and teaching replacement behaviors. Her favorite part of ABA is teaching learners to be independent.
