At our Harrisburg clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!
Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Clinical Director, Harrisburg Clinic
Allison Yencheske, MEd, BCBA, is the Clinical Director at the Harrisburg Clinic. Allison is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who received her Master of Education degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Science in Education degree in special education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Allison has worked in the field of ABA since 2016 and previously has served as a Behavior Technician, Lead RBT, Staff Trainer, and Program Manager. Her favorite part of ABA is using functional communication training to teach learners to advocate independently for their wants and needs. Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and playing board games.
