Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Clinical Director, Harrisburg Clinic
Brittany Drake, M.Ed, BCBA is the Clinical Director at the Harrisburg Clinic. Brittany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Masters in Education degree, with a foundation in Applied Behavioral Analysis, from the University of Cincinnati and her undergraduate degree from Campbell University. Brittany has been in the field of ABA for 7 years with experience in home-based services and clinic-based services as well as staff training. In addition to serving as Clinical Director, she has served as a behavior technician, staff trainer, and program manager. While she loves watching kids gain skills and make progress, she also enjoys teaching parents about ABA and helping them grow. Brittany vividly remembers the moment when she decided she wanted to be in the ABA field for the rest of her life and her passion for this field only continues to grow.
