ABA Therapy in Short Pump

At our Short Pump clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!

Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Dylan Melton, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director, Short Pump Clinic

Dylan Melton, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is the Clinical Director for the Short Pump clinic. At Virginia Commonwealth University, he received his undergraduate degree in psychology and at Pennsylvania State University he received a Masters of Education degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2016, he was introduced to ABA where he developed his passion for the field of ABA, becoming a RBT shortly after and then beginning graduate school. Dylan has a range of experience utilizing ABA concepts and strategies in a variety of environments including severe problem behavior, trauma-informed care, cross-discipline collaboration, social skills, and early intervention within the home and clinic settings. Additionally, he’s worked with various ages from early childhood to early adulthood. Dylan is passionate about the importance of meeting families where they are and helping develop an individualized approach to help their loved ones succeed. In his free time, Dylan enjoys going to concerts, reading a good book, and spending time with his family and friends. Dylan is thrilled to be able to help more families in the greater Richmond area and is excited to be a part of the Mosaic team.
