At our Roanoke clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!

Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Clinical Director for Roanoke

Dustin Israel, M.S., BCBA, LBA, is the Clinical Director for Roanoke. Dustin began working with children with special needs in 2012. Soon after starting as a behavior technician in a private day school, Dustin discovered his passion for the field of applied behavior analysis and made the decision to go back to school to become a BCBA. He obtained his Master of Science degree in Autism and ABA from The Sage Colleges in Troy, NY. Since becoming certified in 2018, he has had the opportunity to work with a wide age-range of clients from 2 to 22 years old as well as in a variety of settings including private day, clinic, and home programs. Dustin is a native of the Roanoke valley who currently resides in the Cave Spring area with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys listening to live music, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with the family.
