At our Midlothian clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!
Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Clinical Director for the Richmond Region
Kaitlin Holloway, M.A., BCBA, LBA is the Clinical Director for the Richmond Region. At the University of North Carolina Wilmington, she received her undergraduate degree in psychology and her Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2011, she was introduced to ABA when she joined an undergraduate research lab focused on Translational and Applied Behavioral Science. Kaitlin has a range of experience utilizing ABA concepts and strategies: physical fitness research, an ABA based feeding clinic, academic setting, social skills, and early intervention within the home and clinic settings. Additionally, she’s worked with a variety of ages from early childhood to early adulthood. Kaitlin is passionate about the importance of individualized treatment for each client and ensuring a true team approach across all involved individuals — clients, families, other service providers, and ABA staff. She also enjoys sharing her passion for the field of behavior analysis by mentoring and training staff as well as new clinicians and those pursuing board certification. Kaitlin is excited to be a part of the Mosaic team and feels honored to be able to come to work every day to follow her passion – helping others!
