At Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, we believe in more than just therapy — we believe in impact. Impact means showing up for the communities we live and work in, extending care beyond our clinic walls, and using our time, talents, and resources to make a meaningful difference. That’s why, through our Mosaic Cares program, we were proud to sponsor and participate in two meaningful events with our nonprofit partner, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), this fall.
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, the 9th annual Run for Donuts 5K & Fun Run took place at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem, benefiting families supported by RMHC-SWVA.
Mosaic showed up strong — one of our dedicated team members laced up their running shoes and even brought their spouse along for the run. Together, they helped support RMHC’s mission of providing love, community, and hope to families with seriously ill children.
This event combined healthy activity, community spirit, and a fun (and delicious) reward — participants enjoyed donuts at the finish line.
Shortly after, Mosaic also supported the Lights of Love event hosted by RMHC-Triangle — an initiative to bring hope, comfort, and holiday joy to families with seriously ill children. Several Mosaic team members volunteered at the event — helping with luminary decoration, greeting families, and contributing to the warmth and community-centered spirit that defines Lights of Love.
At the event’s closing celebration on December 4, our team was honored to dedicate two luminaries in loving memory of individuals connected to our Mosaic family who have passed away. These lights served as a gentle tribute — a way to carry their stories forward and honor the impact they had on the people who knew and loved them. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a meaningful event and to support our team members through moments of remembrance and reflection.
These events reflect more than fun or fundraising — they reflect our commitment to impact. Through Mosaic Cares, we intentionally partner with organizations like RMHC that strengthen families and uplift communities. By sponsoring events, volunteering our time, and participating in moments of remembrance, Mosaic helps bring light, comfort, and hope to families navigating some of their toughest journeys.
