Clinical Director at the Winston Salem East, NC Clinic

Cheyenne leads our Winston Salem East clinic as Clinical Director, overseeing the quality of ABA services and supporting both clinical team members and clients. Her journey in ABA began in 2016 after receiving her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. She progressed through various roles, including working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), RBT Trainer, and Lead RBT Trainer, before earning her M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019 and becoming a BCBA in 2020.

Her diverse experience includes roles as an Assistant Clinic Supervisor and Clinical Supervisor, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of clinic operations and client needs. This varied background enables her to effectively empathize with team members and take a well-rounded approach to client care. Cheyenne is passionate about client advocacy and providing person-centered care, focusing not only on promoting client growth but also investing in the development of her supervisees and colleagues.

When not serving families at our clinic, Cheyenne enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, reading in the sun, practicing hot yoga, and volunteering as an ESL tutor.
