Nicole Shepherd, BCBA, LBA

Nicole Shepherd is the Clinical Director for the University clinic. She is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis across a variety of settings. She began her career in the field of ABA in 2018, later earning her Master of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. In 2021, she earned her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Nicole has a strong background in providing evidence-based services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and is deeply committed to advocating for the well-being of her clients and their families. Nicole is passionate about making a meaningful impact and celebrating client milestones while also fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture. She believes in uplifting her team so they can find fulfillment in their work, knowing that empowered clinicians create lasting, positive change for the clients and families they serve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, singing karaoke, and watching Disney movies.

Our clinic’s hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday) allow for flexible scheduling to meet your family’s needs.
