Dylan leads our Short Pump clinic as Clinical Director, bringing extensive experience in applied behavior analysis. With an undergraduate degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pennsylvania State University, he ensures every child receives individualized, high-quality care.
Since entering the field of ABA in 2016, Dylan has developed expertise in various areas including severe problem behavior, trauma-informed care, cross-discipline collaboration, social skills, and early intervention within home and clinic settings. He has worked with diverse age groups from early childhood to early adulthood. Dylan is passionate about meeting families where they are and developing tailored approaches to help their loved ones succeed. When not supporting families at our clinic, he enjoys going to concerts, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
