Christina Giuliano, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director at the Rocky Mount, VA Clinic
Christina serves as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations for Southwest Virginia, bringing over two decades of experience working with children with special needs. With a Master of Science Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Auburn University, she ensures the highest quality care across all our Southwest Virginia locations.
Since 2000, Christina has developed extensive expertise in clinical services and leadership roles, supporting individuals with special needs across their lifespan. She has successfully led the growth and development of private day schools, clinic services, and in-home services. Her commitment to the field extends beyond her role at Mosaic—she serves on the Virginia Autism Council and was appointed by Governor Ralph Northam to serve on the Behavior Analysis Advisory Council in April 2018, where she currently serves as Chair.

Jeanette Warwick
Private School Director at the Rocky Mount, VA Clinic
Jeanette serves as the Private Day School Director at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, where she oversees the educational programs at the Roanoke and Rocky Mount locations. With more than 30 years of experience in public and private education, Jeanette brings with her a deep understanding of instructional leadership, student-centered programming, and regulatory compliance. Since joining Mosaic in June 2023, she has played a pivotal role in launching Mosaic’s Roanoke school site, securing VDOE licensure, and obtaining VAISEF accreditation. She leads a dedicated team of educators and therapists committed to helping neurodiverse students thrive in supportive, individualized learning environments.
Before joining Mosaic, Jeanette served as the Superintendent of Craig County Public Schools for seven years as well as holding various leadership roles across Virginia school divisions. She is passionate about building strong educational systems that support all learners, especially those with unique needs. Jeanette resides in Salem, VA with her husband and enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and seven-year-old granddaughter. In her free time, she loves traveling, bird watching, and caring for her beloved chihuahuas.
