Dustin Israel, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director at the Roanoke, VA Clinic
Dustin leads our Roanoke clinic as Clinical Director, bringing a decade of experience working with children with special needs. A native of the Roanoke valley, Dustin began his journey in 2012 as a behavior technician in a private day school, where he discovered his passion for applied behavior analysis. He holds a Master of Science degree in Autism and ABA from The Sage Colleges in Troy, NY.
Since becoming certified in 2018, Dustin has developed extensive experience working with clients ages 2 to 22 across various settings, including private day schools, clinics, and home programs. He currently resides in the Cave Spring area with his wife and their three children. When not supporting families at our clinic, he enjoys listening to live music, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with his family.

Jeanette Warwick
Private School Director at the Roanoke, VA Clinic
Jeanette serves as the Private Day School Director at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, where she oversees the educational programs at the Roanoke and Rocky Mount locations. With more than 30 years of experience in public and private education, Jeanette brings with her a deep understanding of instructional leadership, student-centered programming, and regulatory compliance. Since joining Mosaic in June 2023, she has played a pivotal role in launching Mosaic’s Roanoke school site, securing VDOE licensure, and obtaining VAISEF accreditation. She leads a dedicated team of educators and therapists committed to helping neurodiverse students thrive in supportive, individualized learning environments.
Before joining Mosaic, Jeanette served as the Superintendent of Craig County Public Schools for seven years as well as holding various leadership roles across Virginia school divisions. She is passionate about building strong educational systems that support all learners, especially those with unique needs. Jeanette resides in Salem, VA with her husband and enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and seven-year-old granddaughter. In her free time, she loves traveling, bird watching, and caring for her beloved chihuahuas.
