Tiffany King, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director at the Monroe, NC Clinic
Tiffany serves as the Clinical Director for Mosaic’s Monroe clinic. Her passion for supporting families who have a loved one on the spectrum comes from her own journey, as she has a teenager who was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3. Tiffany brings over 12 years of professional experience serving learners on the autism spectrum to her role. She earned her bachelor’s in business from National University in La Jolla, CA. She then spent time in the Fallbrook School District as a special education teacher’s assistant. In 2016, Tiffany obtained her Masters of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.
Tiffany joined Mosaic in December of 2020. She has worked across multiple environments including schools, homes and clinics serving learners from age two to thirteen years old. She is dedicated to collaborating with families and professionals to facilitate a positive change in a learner’s quality of life. She specializes in functional communication training, improving daily living skills, and teaching replacement behaviors. Tiffany is extremely passionate about supporting families and advocating for each individual’s needs. Tiffany is also an advocate for learners transitioning into the school setting. She strives to help families access accommodations that will set them up for success.
When not supporting families at our clinic, Tiffany enjoys road trips with her family.

The complete diagnostic process can take several weeks to months, including:
