Candace Beulike, MA, BCBA, LBA

Candace Beulike received her undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience, Biology, and Leadership Studies from Christopher Newport University. She later earned a Master of Arts degree in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Since 2016, Candace has accumulated nearly a decade of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, working extensively with children and young adults aged 1 to 21 with autism and other co-occurring diagnoses across a wide range of needs and abilities.
Candace is passionate about early intervention. She thrives when supporting emerging language learners and individuals who need practice gaining more psychological flexibility to navigate this complex world. She enjoys the creativity and variety each day brings and takes pride in designing individualized treatment plans that help every child learn in the way that works best for them. Her greatest professional joy lies in helping clients unlock their potential while fostering a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment for families and staff.
Outside of work, Candace enjoys quality time with her husband and daughter. As a proud Richmond local and self-proclaimed “foodie,” she loves exploring the city’s hidden gems and amazing restaurants. Candace is thrilled to lead the Midlothian clinic and looks forward to building lasting relationships with families, clients, staff, and providers in the community.
