Melanie Grover, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Melanie leads our Knightdale clinic as Clinical Director, bringing specialized experience in ABA therapy and autism services. With a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University with a concentration in Autism Studies, she ensures every child receives individualized, high-quality care.
Since beginning her practice as an RBT in 2017, Melanie has developed extensive experience serving clients across various settings throughout the Carolinas, including schools, homes, clinics, and even the airport. Her career growth within Mosaic has included roles as an RBT, Lead RBT, BCBA, and now Associate Clinical Director and ADOS assessor. She is particularly passionate about welcoming and supporting families who are new to ABA, as well as coaching and training team members on client assent and ethics-centered practices. When not supporting families at our clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends, CrossFit workouts, studying nutrition, and playing with her Great Pyrenees, Maisey.
