Stella Redenski, MS, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director at the Fletcher, NC Clinic
Stella Redenski, is the Clinical Director of Mosaic Pediatric Therapy’s Fletcher clinic. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018, she has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over a decade. Although Stella began her career as an accountant, her priorities shifted after becoming a mother. Her passion for ABA was born from her personal journey raising two sons with unique needs during a time when ABA therapy was less accessible.
After earning a Master of Arts in psychology, Stella began her second career as a Behavior Technician and went on to earn her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in La Jolla, CA. She believes that a commitment to delivering high-quality compassionate care, fostering collaboration with families and all stakeholders, and supporting mentorship and professional growth will ultimately help every client reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, painting, traveling, and singing karaoke with her family.
