Allison Yencheske, M.Ed., BCBA

As Clinical Director of the Bradfield Farms Clinic, Allison Yencheske combines her expertise in special education and applied behavior analysis to lead our clinical team. She holds a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction with an ABA focus from Arizona State University, complementing her bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Since entering the field in 2016, Allison has developed comprehensive clinical insight through her progressive roles as a Behavior Technician, Lead RBT, Staff Trainer, and Program Manager. She is particularly passionate about functional communication training, helping children develop the skills to express their needs and preferences independently. Her hands-on experience and dedication to evidence-based practices inform her approach to creating effective, individualized treatment programs.
When not supporting clients and their families, Allison can be found exploring outdoor adventures, discovering new places, and enjoying strategic board games.
