Our Bon Air clinic features individual and group classrooms, activity areas, and safe play spaces where children receive one-on-one teaching and support from our trained and certified staff. Your child will receive a customized treatment plan, regular progress assessments, and dedicated support for school readiness, daily living skills, and social skills—all backed by our team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Meagan Erickson, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director at the Bon Air, VA Clinic
Meagan is the Clinical Director for the Bon Air clinic. Meagan has over 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Starting as a Behavior Technician, she advanced into leadership roles including Lead Therapist, Outreach Coordinator, and Administrative Lead. In these roles, she developed social skills camps, led family outreach initiatives, and found her passion for helping families. In 2017, Meagan relocated to San Diego, California, where she worked as an Assistant Supervisor with a focus on early intervention and Verbal Behavior programming. Since becoming a BCBA, she has provided services across home, school, and clinic settings as a Clinical Supervisor. Meagan is passionate about delivering individualized, meaningful care through Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Functional Communication Training (FCT), and assent-based practices.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new restaurants, learning to play the piano, traveling to new places—especially Disney—and the occasional karaoke session.
We work with most major insurance providers & Medicaid plans to make ABA therapy accessible.
