ABA Therapy in Ardrey Kell, NC
At our Ardrey Kell clinic, we provide high quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder, related disabilities and behavioral needs. Our highly trained behavior therapists will work one‐on‐one with your child to help them reach their full potential!
Your team will include you and other caregivers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our autism therapists each have a level of education and experience that meets Mosaic’s high standards and receive ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest developments in the science of ABA.

Stephanie Smith, BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director at the Ardrey Kell, NC Clinic
Stephanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who serves as the Clinical Director for Mosaic’s Ardrey Kell clinic. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, and later completed her Master’s in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
Stephanie has experience working with children aged 2-15. She is passionate about collaborating with families to create an experience that enhances their child’s learning and overall quality of life. Stephanie believes that engaging parents and caregivers as active partners in the learning process creates the strongest foundation for success.
We work with most major insurance providers & Medicaid plans to make ABA therapy accessible.
