This fall, the Mosaic Pediatric Therapy team laced up our sneakers, rolled up our sleeves, and joined hundreds of families and advocates across Charlotte to celebrate inclusion, raise awareness, and support organizations making a difference for children with autism.
Throughout October and November, our team proudly participated in both the BuildStrong Autism Strong Foundation event and the Autism Speaks Empower Walk & 5K Run in Charlotte, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to community partnership and advocacy beyond the walls of our clinics.
At Mosaic, our mission is to enrich the lives of children with autism through compassionate, evidence-based care. But we also believe that creating a more inclusive world starts in the communities where our families live, work, and play.

BuildStrong is a local community event that supports the Autism Strong Foundation, which works to strengthen families and communities by providing financial and educational support for children with autism. The annual fall fundraiser brought together local organizations, businesses, and advocates for a day of fun, family activities, and awareness-building.
Our Mosaic team was honored to sponsor and attend this year’s event, connecting directly with families to answer questions about diagnostic services, ABA therapy, and ways to access care across the Charlotte region. Events like these remind us of the power of collaboration—when providers, parents, and community partners come together, we can create stronger systems of support for every child.
In November, Mosaic participated in the Autism Speaks Empower Walk and 5k Run in Charlotte, joining thousands of participants united by one goal: to create a world where all people with autism can reach their full potential.
Our team members, families, and friends walked side-by-side, sharing stories, encouragement, and a sense of purpose. Beyond the miles and medals, the event served as a powerful reminder of why we do what we do—to help every child make meaningful progress and to champion acceptance in every community we serve.
